Def Jam and EA Sports are back together for another round of hip hop fist fighting. The next installment of the Def Jam Vendetta series comes in the form of Def Jam Fight For NY: The Takeover and will feature the likes of Xzibit, Snoop, Method Man, Ludacris and others. More than 30 songs from Def Jam's 2003 and 2004 album releases will be featured as well as name brands like Roc-A-Wear, Ecko, Sean John and others. It will serve as the prequel to the series as players will find out how D-Mob became powerful in the first place. The game will be released on Sony PSP and a release date hasn't been set as of yet.
